本型號羅茨鼓風機輸送介質為清潔空氣、管道煤氣及其它惰性氣體,鑒于具有上述特點,因而能廣泛應用于石油、化工、冶金、環保、電力、礦山、港口、化肥、建材、紡織、食品、醫藥、儀器、煤氣站等,特別適用于中壓氣源站、氣力輸送、污水處理、水產養殖、系統氣體帶壓循環、管道增壓輸送、負壓吸送、真空包裝等各個行業各部門。

三葉型兩葉輪在機體內通過同步齒輪的作用,呈反方向嚙合旋轉。葉輪相互之間、葉輪與殼體、墻板之間均有適當的工作間隙,它們構成進氣腔與排氣腔相對隔絕。利用葉輪旋轉,將機體內的氣體由進氣腔推送至排氣腔后排出機體,達到鼓風的目的。

a. 進口氣體溫度不大于 40 ℃,否則要訂購新型水夾套冷卻羅茨鼓風機。

b. 氣體中固體微粒含塵量不大于 100mg/m 3 ,顆粒直徑要小于裝配間隙。

c. 煤氣的含焦油指標符合 T28-78 城市煤氣設計的規定。并在鼓風機進口裝置油氣分離器,和停機盤車裝置。

d. 軸承溫度最高不超過 95 ℃ 。油溫最高不超過 90 ℃

e 風機上的壓力表所示壓力不超過銘牌所規定的升壓范圍,否則必須停車檢查系統中進氣口是否堵塞,進排氣口閥門是否全部開啟等,并采用相應措施。
